
Olympic Weightlifting Class
TFE Weightlifting Club is a registered sports organisation and a member of the NSW Weightlifting Association.
These classes allow those keen to progress their barbell lifts outside of our S & C classes an opportunity to do so whilst under the guidance of our coaches.
These classes will be focused around one or two different weightlifting movements each week and will give members the chance to either build on their current skillset or learn new movements in the weightlifting department ie; Clean and Jerk, Split Jerk, Power Snatch, Squat Snatch, OHS.
Our GPP Program caters to that of a general physical prep for all sports and physical requirements, whereas our Weightlifting club allows for an additional training track to focus on higher skill movement patterns.
Bookings will open 7 days before the session starts.
Bookings close 1 hour before the session starts.
