
Skills & Gymnastics Class
These open format sessions are designed for those looking to develop and progress bodyweight movements, high skill gymnastics & callisthenics style movements.
Patterns like this generally are best practiced at low HR % to focus on skill acquisition.
Expect to see progressions and regressions of skill development pieces here as we allow time to perfect skills and develop body awareness.
Each week will be a different movement focus, with a weekly rotation of focus between; pull-up variations, rings work, bar movements (TTB), handstand skill and muscle up progressions, as well as basic bodyweight practice drills to learn to develop your own body awareness.
Our Elites program also include a conditioning component in this session that allows for those proficient with these movement patterns to then slowly work on skills whilst HR being elevated.
