Our famous group training sessions in a stress free environment unlike any other.
An in-gym group class following our Infinite (GPP) program for that specific day. Each session will be broken down into:
- Primer/Warm up
- Strength
- Strength Accessory
- Conditioning (a different focus/energy system each day)
Our program is catered towards those looking to increase their strength, power, speed and conditioning across multiple varied modalities.

Bookings close 1 hour before the session starts.
