TFE Infinite is our flagship Strength & Conditioning/Athletic Development program. This program caters for those individuals with unrestricted access to all types of equipment and cardio machines either at home or in a gym that we as coaches and athletes would use in our own training. Movements expected to see in TFE Infinite include: all power & barbell movements including advanced movements, pull-ups, wall balls, cable machines for accessory work (lat pull down, cable), rowers, assault bikes and advanced body weight movements / gymnastics.
 

There will be 6 programmed days a week with 1 active recovery / low intensity day. This program suits those looking to develop their athletic capacity and progress further in their training. There will be substitutes for every movement if too difficult so this will still be suited to those at an earlier stage of their training looking to develop themselves as far as possible.

Every component of the program will have specific percentages, targets and weights to stick by and to complete. These are set weights for both males and females. These components are centred around the focus of developing every principle of fitness: Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

 

Length of Session: Approx 60-80 minutes.

Bookings will open 7 days before the session starts.
Bookings close 1 hour before the session starts.
