CLASSES & SCHEDULE

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Each session generally consists of 4 components, designed for every day athletes:
- Primer/Warm up
- Strength
(low rep ranges, heavier loads)
- Strength Accessory
(higher rep ranges, lighter loads)
- Conditioning (a different focused conditioning/energy system each day)

Our GPP program is catered towards those looking to increase their strength, power, speed and conditioning across multiple modalities. It is carefully designed to cater to a wide range of performance goals, allowing our members the chance to choose their desired training path.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

For those keen to progress their barbell lifts outside of our S & C classes whilst under the guidance of our head weightlifting coach.

Following a training block that runs concurrently with the S&C Classes (GPP Program), giving you the chance to either build on their current skillset, learn new weightlifting variations, or train with the club towards a competition.

As our S&C program caters for a wide range of performance goals, these classes provide us with dedicated time to work on specific barbell skills in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.

GYMNASTICS SKILLS

Gymnastics skills sessions are a pathway to testing your capabilities, and honing skills that allow you to confidently step onto different stages, whether that's a competition floor, or simply a better understanding of higher skill gymnastics or training components.

The classes operate at a slow pace to take the time to improve body positions on the floor, the bar and the rings.

Specific drills each week that increase strength and confidence in positions we are not exposed to in day to day life.

FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING

Bodybuilding is an awesome sport, and we aren't aiming to replicated that become bodybuilders here.

We are simply creating time and space for dedicated training of isolated free weight exercise variations under differing tempos and rest periods to enhance muscular hypertrophy.

The focus of these classes is to provide those looking to build extra muscle with the coaching guidance and programming to achieve these goals.

YOUTH INSTITUTE

Youth Institute is a comprehensive fitness program designed to educate & train young individuals on the importance of training targeting motor skills and gym based movement patterns.

To prepare for opportunities in sports and life, we look to provide a pathway for juniors to reach a goal of achieving movement mastery as well as build a strong base of strength & conditioning whilst teaching movement fundamentals in a supportive, fun & growth producing environment.

Catered to children of all ability levels currently playing or looking to one day join a team sport.
