You can request to put your payments on pause for up to eight weeks throughout the year at any time.

Please let us know 7 days in advance of your pause period and we will arrange to suspend your payments.
Please provide a start and finish date for the period as payments will automatically start once the period has ended.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

If you are looking to cancel your membership with us, and a suspension is not ideal for your current circumstances, please complete the form below.

We have no long term fixed contracts at TFE, however there is a 6 week minimum term for all memberships. This is to allow you the perfect opportunity to develop an understanding and a thorough experience of what TFE has to offer.

This form below will be your 14 day written cancellation notice as required by our membership terms and conditions.

Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle 14 days from the date of the completion of below form.

Sometimes it is not a goodbye, but rather a see you later!

At TFE, all membership cancellation periods stay on your account as an active credit for the length of the cancellation period. You have full access to the facility and classes subject to your membership package throughout the whole cancellation period and we hope to see you in the gym during this time!
