High Performance & Athletic Preparation
TFE Weightlifting Head Coach (Level 2 NSSWA)
Jordan's work spans high-performance athlete development and the programming systems behind TFE Strength & Athletics.
His approach combines detailed program design with objective performance testing, integrating force measurement and athlete monitoring technologies to better assess strength, power, movement strategy and athletic development.
Jordan's work has included preparing professional combat athletes for competition internationally, developing national-level weightlifters and medalists, and helping field and court based athletes progress into scholarship opportunities in the United States.
Alongside his work with competitive athletes, Jordan is the lead programmer behind GPP and is responsible for the design and evolution of TFE's training methodology - developing year-round strength, speed, power and conditioning systems for the general population.
This programming philosophy sits at the centre of TFE: taking principles proven within high-performance environments and applying them at scale to build stronger, fitter and more capable people.
His role spans programming, coach development, performance systems, and business strategy, helping grow TFE from the ground up. From a training facility into a broader performance brand servicing athletes and members both in the facility and online abroad.
Running & Endurance
Conditioning Development
Mon plays a central role in both the day-to-day operations of TFE and the continued development of its training programs.
As Operations Manager, she oversees much of the structure and member experience behind TFE, while working alongside Jordan in a Performance Programming role with a particular influence on conditioning, endurance and running development.
Her experience extends across the TFE GPP, dedicated run programming, Track Club and the development and delivery of the Track Classic - combining her coaching experience with a genuine understanding of endurance and hybrid performance.
Mon also continues to demonstrate the effectiveness of the TFE methodology through her own training and competition. While continuing to follow TFE GPP and its additional programming, she has developed into a high-level HYROX competitor, taking out regular podium positions and on the cusp of qualification to the HYROX World Championships.
Her ability to combine high-level training with an approachable and considered coaching style has made her a highly respected part of TFE - equally invested in developing performance, building community and creating an environment where people want to train.

TFE Youth Institute
GPP Coaching
Molly is a full-time member of the TFE coaching team and leads the continued development and delivery of the TFE Youth Institute.
Her role focuses on building the layers of the Youth Institute to create a clear pathway for young athletes as they develop foundational movement and training skills through to strength, power and conditioning. Each stage is designed to progressively build capable, confident and well-rounded young athletes.
Central to this pathway is creating an environment where kids genuinely enjoy training, build friendships and develop a positive relationship with physical activity. Molly's approachable coaching style allows the youth to learn and be challenged while still feeling part of the wider TFE community. This provides the physical foundations to better prepare the youth for the demands of their chosen sports, while creating a natural pathway for those ready to progress into TFE's broader GPP program.
Molly also oversees our school holiday clinics and coaches across TFE GPP, giving her an important role in helping young members grow from their first experiences with training through to becoming confident and capable members of the wider TFE community.
Community and Lifestyle
Pre & Post Partum Strength
Longevity & Vitality in Training
With over 20 years of training and coaching experience, Jeremy's approach is centred around helping people build strength, confidence and physical capability that lasts.
His coaching extends beyond performance in the gym, with a strong focus on the individual - understanding their lifestyle, training history and goals to create an experience that is both challenging and sustainable.
Jeremy has a particular passion for pre and post-partum strength, longevity and helping everyday people continue to train and perform through different stages of life.
His philosophy places quality of movement and consistency above load alone, building strong foundations that allow people to train harder, stay healthier and remain capable for the long term.
A key part of Jeremy's impact at TFE is his ability to connect people through training, helping create the supportive and inclusive community that sits at the heart of the TFE experience.
Performance Nutrition
Strength & Hypertrophy
Fuelling & Recovery
Tom's coaching career began in commercial gyms, developing a strong foundation in hypertrophy, body composition and preparation for bodybuilding and physique competition. Since joining TFE, his experience has continued to evolve across strength and conditioning, Olympic weightlifting and performance-based training.
His ability to dissect movement patterns and combine theoretical knowledge with practical coaching has made him a highly valued member of the TFE coaching team. As a full-time GPP coach, Tom works closely with members across all levels, developing strength, movement quality and overall physical capability.
Tom now also leads TFE Nutrition, working closely with clients to better connect how they eat with how they train, recover and perform. His approach focuses on performance nutrition, appropriate fuelling and the development of sustainable eating behaviours rather than simply prescribing a diet.
By understanding each client's training demands, goals and lifestyle, Tom helps build practical nutrition strategies that can improve energy, recovery, body composition and performance while creating habits that can be maintained long term.
His own continued involvement in strength training and Olympic weightlifting further complements his coaching, giving Tom a well-rounded understanding of the relationship between training, nutrition and performance.
Olympic Weightlifting
Competition Preparation
TFE Weightlifting Club
Jose is an Assistant Weightlifting Coach at TFE, working alongside Jordan to support the continued direction, development and growth of the TFE Weightlifting Club.
A high-level competitor himself, Jose progressed through the sport to become a Junior National medalist, with his development also taking him to the Australian Institute of Sport as part of his preparation and exposure to advanced weightlifting competition and high-performance environments.
His journey has also included significant adversity. After suffering a broken back and undergoing surgery, Jose faced an extensive rehabilitation and return to the sport. Now training under Jordan as an athlete, he continues to rebuild towards the highest levels of competitive weightlifting - giving him a unique appreciation for both high performance and the patience required through setbacks and long-term athlete development.
Jose brings these experiences directly into his coaching, assisting athletes with technical development, training progression and competition preparation. Having experienced the process from both sides, he understands the demands placed on athletes throughout a training cycle and what is required to arrive physically and mentally prepared to perform on the platform.
As both a coach and competitor within the TFE system, Jose plays an important role in developing the next generation of weightlifters while helping build the standards, culture and competitive future of the TFE Weightlifting Club.
