10 Week Hyrox Training Program - Programmed HYROX-specific sessions 2-3 Running sessions (Speed Intervals, Long Runs, Tempo Sessions) - Skill work specific to that of what you will see in a Hyrox Race. - Pacing protocols for engine work and erg efficiency - Race-day nutrition & taper week to optimise performance on race day. - Race simulation sessions closer to event - Access to a private training group.
Levelled progressions for those entering their first race, chasing a PB and following a proper structured program or chasing a sub 60 and a spot near the top of the leaderboard.
Access to Hyrox Program will become available 30th of January which will be sent via email.
*These sessions are additional extras to TFE's GPP Program and all members of the squad must be an active member inside TFE Programs (in-gym or online).
